The Housing Coalition works to eliminate barriers to quality, healthy housing for all Lake County residents.
The Communities that Care Coalition focuses on preventing substance abuse and improving mental health in Lake County.
The Food Access Coalition aims to make healthy food affordable, available, and in demand by all–regardless of income or other barriers.
The resident-led Manufactured Housing Initiative envisions a Lake County in which all manufactured housing communities are safe, healthy, and equitable.
The Resilient Lake County initiative brings together diverse organizations across Lake County who all want to ensure all Lake County residents feel welcome and supported when they walk through our doors.
